Lisa A. Cavanaugh, M.D., F.A.A.P

Dr. Cavanaugh is a board-certified physician who specializes in Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  In 1992, she received her Doctor of Medicine Degree from the State University of New York Health Science Center in Brooklyn.  Dr. Cavanaugh completed her Pediatric Residency at The Schneider Children's Hospital - Long Island Jewish Medical Center in 1996.  

She is the owner of Neighborhood Pediatrics, providing healthcare to infants and adolescent children. The offices are located in Glen Head, N.Y. Additionally, she has expertise in asthma management, autism and autistic spectrum disorders, and is trained in cranial sacral therapy and the Tomatis method using the Dynamic Listening Systems. Lisa is a mother of two wonderful boys.
